  The U-shaped high-temperature silicon carbide rod is an industrial heating element made of high-purity silicon carbide (SiC). With its unique U-shaped structure and excellent high-temperature resistance, it has become a core component of high-temperature kilns in industries such as ceramics, metallurgy, and electronics. Its heating end is U-shaped, while the cold end is concentrated at one end, saving installation space and facilitating single-end wiring operation. It is suitable for various equipment layouts, including pusher kilns, tunnel kilns, and box furnaces.

 

  The product is made from high-purity silicon carbide raw materials through precise batching, high-pressure molding, and high-temperature sintering processes, resulting in a dense structure and uniform thermal conductivity. Its core performance parameters are outstanding, with a normal operating temperature of 1400-1650℃. Some recrystallized specifications can withstand short-term temperatures up to 1700℃. During continuous operation in an oxidizing atmosphere, a dense SiO₂ protective film forms on the surface, effectively resisting aging and corrosion. The cold end uses a low-resistance silicon carbide composite material with excellent conductivity, significantly reducing energy loss and improving overall heating efficiency.

 

  This product ranges in color from dark gray to jet black, with a smooth, crack-free surface. Specifications can be customized to fit the kiln size. Whether for ceramic body sintering, lithium battery material firing, or high-temperature laboratory experiments, it provides a reliable heat source for high-temperature processes thanks to its stable heating performance, long service life, and convenient maintenance, making it an ideal choice for industrial high-temperature heating.
